The invention relates to a construction process of a two-component epoxy structural adhesive for installing and testing a square cabin at any place, and belongs to the field of square cabin installation test . The process is characterized by comprising the following steps: punching the inner wall of the square cabin, enlarging the internal contact area of the hole, and polishing the skin surface in the hole by using raw abrasive paper to keep the surface smooth and clean; putting a two-component structural adhesive into a chopped strand mat when bubbles appear after being uniformly stirred, stirring to form a viscous state, putting a small amount of silicon dioxide, uniformly stirring, and putting the stirred viscous structural adhesive mixture into the hole to make the whole hole filled with the viscous structural adhesive mixture; taking a certain amount of fibers, brushing the two-component structural adhesive, and winding to the middle shaft part of a fastening piece; and finally, curing by using a tungst
