The invention provides a cooling device, a cabinet and a data processing device, and relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to the technical field of computer heat dissipation. The cooling device comprises a cooling assembly used for circulating cooling liquid, and provided with a cooling face used for making contact with a to-be-cooled component; a heat exchanger which is used for circulating the cooling liquid; a fan which is used for driving the air to form an air flow passing through the to-be-cooled component and the heat exchanger in sequence so as to exchange heat between the air flow and the cooling liquid in the heat exchanger; and a liquid supply pipe group which comprises an input pipe and an output pipe, wherein the input pipe is used for injecting the cooling liquid into the cooling assembly and the heat exchanger, and the output pipe is used for discharging the cooling liquid in the cooling assembly and the heat exchanger, so that the structure of the cooling device can be si
