The multiple working faces are combined by means of Boolean operation, the total area of the overlapped working faces of the robot is counted, and compared with a basic three-dimensional body assembling mode, the method is simpler and more convenient, and the result precision is higher. 本申请提供一种重叠工作面的面积统计方法及装置,涉及机器人技术领域。其中,方法包括:获取多个工作面;对所述多个工作面进行布尔合并运算,获得一个合并工作面;利用所述合并工作面计算得到所述多个工作面中重叠工作面的重叠总面积。本申请借助布尔运算对多个工作面进行合并操作,进而对机器人的重叠工作面的总面积进行统计,相较于基础三维体组装方式而言更加简便,结果精度也会更高。
