The invention provides an alarm system for bolt looseness of a wind turbine tower. The alarm system comprises a monitoring assembly directly facing the wind turbine tower and a monitoring host arranged in the wind turbine tower, and the monitoring host is in communication connection with the monitoring assembly; the monitoring assembly comprises an air speed and air volume sensor and a plurality of groups of video acquisition modules; a data integration module, a model establishment module, a data comparison module and an alarm module are arranged in the monitoring host; the data integration module is used for recording first data information; the model establishment module is used for recording second data information; the data comparison module is used for comparing the first data information with the second data information and recording the information as third data information; and when the third data information exceeds a preset error threshold value, the alarm module sends out alarm information.
