Theprecipitator comprises a precipitator body, a plurality of salt concentration detectors, a slurry mixing barrel, a clear water pipe and a controller, the plurality of salt concentration detectors are respectively arranged at a clear water layer in an inner cavity of a kettle body of the precipitator body; a slurry outlet of the slurry mixing barrel is connected with a slurry inlet of a middle cylinder of the precipitator body, one end of a slurry water pipe and one end of a clear water pipe of the precipitator body extend into the slurry mixing barrel respectively, the other end of the slurry water pipe and the other end of the clear water pipe are connected with an aeration tank and a clear water source respectively, and a slurry pump and a clear water pump are arranged on the pipelines. The precipitator body, the salt concentration detectors, the slurry pump and the clean water pump are electrically c
