Summary: | The invention relates to a method for determining fluensulfone in plant-derived food. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: ultrasonically extracting a sample in a special extraction tube by using acetonitrile, purifying in situ by using a niobium carbide nanosheet, then performing filtering, and determining the residual quantity of fluensulfone in an extracting solution by using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS).
