The invention discloses a method for recycling zirconia ceramic waste. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning the zirconia ceramic waste; crushing the cleaned zirconia ceramic waste by using a double-roller machine to obtain a crushed material; crushing the crushed material by using a jet mill to obtain a crushed material; mixing the crushed material with water to obtain mixed slurry with the solid content of 15-30%, grinding the mixed slurry by using a grinding machine, conducting standing after grinding, and separating clear liquid to obtain slurry with the solid content of 30-45%; carrying out spray drying on the slurry to obtain zirconia ceramic recovery powder; and pressing and sintering the zirconium oxide ceramic recovery powder to obtain a regenerated zirconium oxide ceramic device. According to the method, the zirconium oxide ceramic waste is recycled through a pure physical method, the recycled powder with uniform particle size distribution is obtained, the zirconium oxide ceramic device
