This composition comprises perfluoroelastomer, carbon black in the amount of 55 to 75 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the perfluoroelastomer, and a crosslinking agent represented by formula (1). R1, R2, R3 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, an alkyl group, or an alkyl fluoride group.
