This vehicle body reinforcement structure comprises an elongated hollow structure that is formed by joining together an outer panel and an inner panel, and a reinforcement member that partitions the hollow structure into a lower closed cross-section and an upper closed cross-section. In the interior of at least either one among the lower closed cross-section and the upper closed cross-section, at least a pair of bulkheads extending transversely across the closed cross-section are disposed separated from one another in the extension direction of the closed cross-section. The space between the pair of bulkheads serves as a filler chamber into which a filler is filled.
