The invention discloses a regional atmospheric environment quality assessment method based on satellite remote sensing, and the method comprises the steps: S1, selecting particulate matter and gaseous pollutant assessment indexes of satellite remote sensing, obtaining the daily remote sensing monitoring concentration data of each pixel of the assessment indexes, and calculating the average concentration and variation coefficient of each pixel in a reference annual assessment period; s2, constructing an atmospheric environment quality assessment concentration index model; s3, constructing an atmospheric environment quality assessment concentration dispersion model; s4, constructing an atmospheric environment quality comprehensive evaluation model; and S5, grading the regional atmospheric environment quality evaluation. According to the method, the atmospheric environment quality evaluation model is constructed through fusion to indicate the quality of the atmospheric environment quality, the concentration cond
