The vacuum distillation device comprises a vacuum calcium distillation furnace (11) and a heating furnace seat (12) for mounting the vacuum calcium distillation furnace (11); a part of the vacuum calcium distillation furnace (11) is covered with a cooling device (13), and the rest part of the vacuum calcium distillation furnace (11) is positioned in the heating furnace seat (12); and the cooling device (13) is positioned above the heating furnace seat (12).
