The preparation method of the nano composite material comprises the following steps preparing PEG modified CaO2 nano particles by taking CaCl2 as a raw material through a one-step method; preparing MnFe2O4 nano particles by taking Fe(acac)3 and Mn(acac)2 as raw materials; and taking an ethanol dispersion liquid of the CaO2 nano particles, dropwise adding the ethanol dispersion liquid of the MnFe2O4 nano particles, and carrying out ultrasonic stirring to obtain the CaO2/MnFe2O4 nano composite material.
