The surface treatment method comprises the following steps of 1) soaking a to-be-treated component in a weak acid cleaning agent, stirring, and then washing with pure water; and (2) passivating the component treated in the step (1) with weak acid, and then washing with pure water. Harmful acid liquid such as chromic acid is abandoned, the polishing rate is accurately controlled through multiple steps, residual chemical liquid on the surface is thoroughly removed, the cleaned surface is free of oil stains and oxide layers, the cleaning effect is good, the mirror surface effect is obvious, the crystal grain precipitation phenomenon does not occur, and high practical value is achieved. 本发明公开了一种无氧铜钎焊前的表面处理方法。该方法包括：1)弱酸清洗剂浸泡待处理部件并搅拌，之后再纯水冲洗；2)弱酸钝化步骤1)处理后的部件，之后再纯水冲洗。本发明摒弃使用铬酸等有害酸液，通过多个步骤精确控制抛光速率以及彻底去除表面残留化学液等，清洗后表面无油污和氧化层存在，清洗效果好，镜面效果明显，且没有出现晶粒析出现象，具有较高的实用价值。
