The invention discloses a method for inducing stem cells to be differentiated into parathyroid cells and a composition thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, culturing the stem cells in a first-stage culture medium for a plurality of days to obtain deterministic endoderm cells; secondly, culturing the deterministic endoderm cells in a second-stage culture medium for a plurality of days to obtain front-end endoderm cells of the front intestine; thirdly, culturing the front-end endoderm cells of the front intestine in a third-stage culture medium to obtain intrapharyngeal derm cells; and finally, culturing the intrapharyngeal derm cells in a fourth-stage culture medium to obtain the parathyroid cells.
