Summary: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a bionic multi-structure artificial bone and application of the artificial bone, a fiber composite HA ceramic green body is obtained through a controllable arrangement or 3D printing mode, and then a bionic multi-structure ceramic material is obtained through hot pressing or normal-pressure and vacuum densification sintering and normal-pressure pore-forming heat treatment in sequence. In order to improve the mechanical properties of the porous ceramic, a chopped CF reinforcement is added into the HA powder or HA slurry. The multi-structure ceramic with controllable aperture, controllable porosity and controllable pore distribution is prepared by using continuous fibers as a pore-forming agent, and the preparation of straight-through small pores which cannot be realized by other pore-forming methods is realized. Meanwhile, a mechanical property experiment result shows that the micropores are beneficial to the mechanical property of the porous ceramic.
