The invention discloses a plastic granulator which comprises a granulator base. An adjusting control plate is arranged at the position of the top face of the granulator base, a granulating device is arranged at the position between the adjusting control plate and the granulator base, and telescopic hydraulic pumps are arranged at the positions of the front end face and the rear end face of the granulator base. Collecting strip-shaped frames are arranged at the positions, close to the top, of the front side and the rear side of the granulator base. By means of the granulating device, strip-shaped plastic raw materials can be subjected to granulating operation, force needed for granulating comes from a telescopic hydraulic pump, manual operation is not needed, manpower can be greatly reduced, finally, granular plastic enters the inner side of the granulator base through the collecting strip-shaped frames and is finally taken out from a discharging port in a unified mode.
