The invention relates to a PET plastic sheet extruder. The extruder comprises a rack, a first extrusion device and a second extrusion device, wherein a first die head is arranged in the first extrusion device, a second die head is arranged in the second extrusion device, the first die head and the second die head are arranged in an up-and-down overlapping mode, and a discharge port of the first die head and a discharge port of the second die head are located in the same vertical plane. The invention further relates to a working method of the PET plastic sheet extruder.
