The invention discloses eye essence cream and an eye care method. The eye essence cream comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5 to 10 parts of a humectant, 19 to 30 parts of an emulsifier, 0.4 to 1 part of a preservative, and 1.21 to 5.66 parts of an active agent, wherein the active agent comprises an aloe extract, a centella asiatica extract, a bifidus yeast fermentation product lysate and adenosine. The eye care method comprises the following steps: (1) coating the eye essence cream at the periphery of the eyes; (2)massaging the periphery of the eyes in a blue light mode by an eye nursing instrument; and (3) massaging the periphery of the eyes in a red light mode by the eye nursing instrument.
