The method comprises the following steps: acquiring data required by desulfurization forecasting of the refining furnace, wherein the data comprises steel types, smelting process information and metallurgical mechanism model parameters; establishing a refining desulfurization process comprehensive model based on metallurgy and machine learning principles; preprocessing real-time data of smelting process information, then taking data required by desulfurization forecast of a refining furnace as input of a comprehensive model of a refining desulfurization process, optimizing the comprehensive model of the refining desulfurization process and forming virtual mapping based on an industrial entity, thereby obtaining a desulfurization rate meeting an error.
