The invention provides an iron-based amorphous nanocrystal composite magnetism-gathering dielectric rod and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: taking a pure iron wire as a base wire, steering the pure iron wire through a steering roll after alkali-washing, acid-washing and blow-drying, introducing the pure iron wire into a heating furnace to heat, introducing the heated pure iron wire into an alloy liquid containing device for condensing the alloy liquid into the base wire, blowing argon gas to cool by a cooling device, and finally forming the iron-based amorphous nanocrystal composite magnetism-gathering dielectric rod with an outer layer as an iron-based nanocrystal layer, a middle layer as a nanocrystal layer and an inner layer as a pure iron wire base material layer.
