Summary: | The invention provides a multi-target separation process for comprehensively utilizing liquefied tail gas of helium-rich natural gas, and belongs to the field of petrochemical industry. According to the multi-target separation process, helium-containing tail gas from a natural gas liquefaction device firstly takes a byproduct light hydrocarbon of the liquefaction device as a solvent, methane is separated through cryogenic absorption and used for producing liquefied natural gas, then the absorbed tail gas sequentially passes through a catalytic oxidation unit, a multi-stage membrane separation unit and a cryogenic dehydration unit to obtain crude helium, and crude helium is filled and sent to a high-purity helium device. By means of gapless matching and synergistic interaction of multiple technologies, helium and methane can be separated out with high efficiency and high yield, and comprehensive utilization of natural gas liquefied tail gas is achieved.
