Summary: | The invention discloses alpha-FAPbI3 powder, a preparation method thereof and a perovskite solar cell. The method for preparing the alpha-FAPbI3 powder comprises the steps: (1) mixing lead iodide, iodoformamidine and a solvent to obtain a mixed solution; (2) mixing the mixed solution with an anti-solvent, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a filter cake; and (3) heating the filter cake at the temperature of 110 DEG C to 150 DEG C to obtain the alpha-FAPbI3 powder. Therefore, according to the preparation method, high-purity reaction raw materials are not used, so that the cost is reduced; FAPbI3 crystals are separated out by adopting an anti-solvent at room temperature, and the reaction conditions are mild; use of a lot of toxic solvents is avoided, and the method is suitable for green and safe production; and moreover, the yield of the alpha-FAPbI3 powder is improved.
