Summary:The invention discloses a method for reconstructing a residual stress field of a U-shaped structure. The method comprises the following steps of: a three-dimensional full-field stress of the U-shaped structure is reconstructed by using a mixed coordinate system consisting of a cylindrical coordinate system and a rectangular coordinate system; and according to geometrical characteristics, the U-shaped structure is decomposed into three local coordinate systems, namely a cylindrical coordinate system LCS-A used for describing an annular cylindrical body of the U-shaped structure, and two rectangular coordinate systems LCS-B1 and LCS-B2 that are respectively used for describing the first rectangular block and the second rectangular block of the U-shaped structure.
