The method comprises the following steps: deducting a current use quota by using a pre-configured sub-quota obtained from a total quota degree of a distributed cache; when the remaining quota of the sub-quota is not enough to deduct the current use quota, obtaining a difference quota and a pre-configured sub-quota from the total quota degree of the distributed cache, wherein the difference quota is the difference between the current use quota and the remaining quota of the sub-quota; and deducting the current use quota by using a difference quota obtained from the total quota of the distributed cache and a pre-configured sub-quota. According to the invention, the sub-quota is obtained from the total quota of the distributed cache, the sub-quota is used for deducting the current use quota, and the reading of the distributed cache is changed
