Summary: | The invention provides a method for enhancing even-order higher harmonics of a two-dimensional material, and belongs to the technical field of optical signal enhancement. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a two-dimensional material, and measuring a second harmonic spectrum or a fourth harmonic spectrum of the two-dimensional material; 2) coating a quantum dot film on the two-dimensional material; and 3) selecting the two-photon absorption wavelength of the quantum dots to resonate with the light-emitting wavelength of a laser. The strength of even-order higher harmonics of the two-dimensional material is enhanced. Through a QD coating method, the nonlinear optical response of the two-dimensional material is greatly improved.
本发明提供一种增强二维材料的偶数阶高次谐波的方法,属于光信号增强技术领域。该方法包括:1)制备二维材料,并测定二维材料的二次谐波光谱或四次谐波光谱;2)在二维材料上涂覆量子点薄膜;3)选择量子点的双光子吸收波长与激光器的发光波长共振;实现增强二维材料的偶数阶高次谐波的强度。本发明通过QD涂层方法大大提高了二维材料的非线性光学响应。 |
