The method comprises the steps of obtaining fault recording data of a power distribution network through a scheduling platform, employing the ratio of a harmonic wave to a fundamental wave after Fourier decomposition as a characteristic quantity, employing clustering analysis to distinguish fault data and non-fault data in the recording data, and discriminating a fault moment, establishing a low-current grounding fault line selection mode by using a multi-layer LSTM network to carry out fault judgment, so that fault line selection and fault moment judgment are completed. The method is suitable for a power distribution network of a distributed power supply, is simple and convenient to implement, is real-time and efficient, and can support automatic and intelligent line fault solving.
