The invention provides an industrial alkaline residue wastewater treatment system and method. The treatment system comprises an alkaline residue storage tank, an alkaline residue heat exchanger, an alkaline residue heater, an oxidation reactor and a water scrubber which are sequentially connected, wherein a material inlet, a material outlet, a heat source inlet and a heat source outlet are formed in the alkaline residue heat exchanger; one part of oxidized water from the oxidation reactor enters the alkaline residue heat exchanger from the heat source inlet, the other part of the oxidized water enters the water washing tower to wash alkaline residues, the heat source outlet is connected with an intermediate tank I, the material inlet is connected with an alkaline residue storage tank, and the material outlet is connected with the alkaline residue heater; a micro-interface generator is arranged at the bottom in the oxidation reactor, the micro-interface generator is used for dispersing crushed gas into bubbles
