The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring a group of pictures; sending the group of pictures to a first client; receiving a predetermined picture from a second client; comparing the predetermined picture with each picture in the group of picture s, and finding the picture closest to the predetermined picture; and sending the score corresponding to the picture closest to the predetermined picture to the second client, the score corresponding to the picture closest to the predetermined picture being used for indicating the fermentation quality of the feed.
