Summary: | A method for preparing a chelated boron-based lithium salt from a waste lithium ion battery recycled electrolyte comprises the following steps: taking the lithium tetrafluoroborate-based waste lithium ion battery recycled electrolyte as a raw material, introducing a certain amount of pretreating agent into the recycled electrolyte, enabling HF and H2O in the recycled electrolyte and the pretreating agent to form a solid-phase product, filtering to obtain a filtrate of recovered electrolyte, adding a silane oxalic acid compound in a preset proportion, stirring at a preset reaction temperature to fully react, filtering again, and carrying out distillation concentration, extraction and recrystallization purification on the filtrate to obtain the chelated boron-based lithium salt product.
由废旧锂离子电池回收电解液制备螯合硼基锂盐的方法,其步骤为:以四氟硼酸锂基废旧锂离子电池回收电解液为原料,通过向回收电解液引入一定量的预处理剂,使回收电解液中的HF和H2O与预处理剂形成固相产物,经过滤得到回收电解液的滤液,再向其中加入预设比例的硅烷草酸化合物,在预设反应温度下,经搅拌充分反应后再次过滤,滤液经蒸馏浓缩、萃取和重结晶提纯,得到螯合硼基锂盐产品。 |
