The invention aims to improve the saturation magnetization of the LiZn ferrite material so as to enable the LiZn ferrite material to adapt to phase shifters with more frequency bands, so that the microwave device can meet the trend of miniaturization, integration and high performance. According to the invention, Zn ions in LiZn ferrite are partially substituted by Zr ions to obtain the LiZn ferrite material: Li0.43Zn0.27Zr0.13Fe2.17O4.
