The invention provides a double-acting knee joint prosthesis. The double-acting knee joint prosthesis comprises a femoral condyle upper end, a connecting part provided with a transverse through hole, a femoral condyle lower end, two middle shaft pads, a middle shaft and a compression screw. The lower portion of the femoral condyle upper end and the upper portion of the connecting part are integrally formed, and the connecting part and the middle shaft pads are both contained in an intercondylar groove in the femoral condyle lower end, so that the lower end face of the femoral condyle upper end abuts against the upper end of the femoral condyle lower end; and the two middle shaft pads are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the through hole, and the middle shaft pads and the connecting part are fixed into the intercondylar groove in the femoral condyle lower end from the two sides of the femoral condyle lower end through the middle shaft and the compression screw respectively. The prosthesis has the adv
