The invention provides a method and system for judging slipping of a vehicle and the vehicle. The method comprises the steps: acquiring current working parameters of an engine of the vehicle and theoretical working parameters of driving wheels of the vehicle; according to the current working parameters and the theoretical working parameters, determining the theoretical acceleration of a driving wheel of the vehicle; acquiring the actual acceleration of the driving wheel; and under the condition that the difference value between the actual acceleration and the theoretical acceleration is larger than a preset threshold value, determining that the vehicle is in a slipping state currently. Under the condition that the engine outputs the same driving force, if the difference value between the actual acceleration and the theoretical acceleration of the driving wheel is larger than the preset threshold value,the condition indicates that the resistance borne by the driving wheel is smaller than the resistance borne b
