The invention discloses a method and device for pretreating non-process radioactive wastewater. The method comprises the steps of 1) conveying the non-process radioactive wastewater from a feeding tank to a high-efficiency liquid filter until the high-efficiency liquid filter is full of liquid; (2) enabling the non-process radioactive wastewater to pass through a filter element in the high-efficiency liquid filter, conveying filtrate back to the feeding tank, carrying out circulation in this way, forming a pre-coating layer on the surface of the filter element, and forming deep filtration, wherein the pre-coating layer is used for intercepting and filtering finer particles; 3) conveying the non-process radioactive wastewater in the feeding tank to the high-efficiency liquid filter again, intercepting solid particles on the filter element, and conveying the filtered radioactive filtrate to a filtrate collecting tank for collection; and 4) accumulating the solid particles on the filter element to form a filter
