Summary: | The invention discloses a spectrum cognition method for coexistence of high and low orbit satellites. The method comprises the steps that firstly, LEO cognitive nodes located in different CSPs collect GEO satellite interference signals and transmit the signals to a ground fusion center FC, and the ground fusion center comprehensively judges the signals and then generates frequency spectrum situation information of GEO satellites in combination with the REM technology; then the spectrum situation information generated according to the FC is sent to a spectrum regulation and control system so as to formulate or update a spectrum sharing strategy; and finally, the spectrum scheduling system sends a corresponding control command to the LEO node.
