The array substrate comprises a substrate, a driving circuit layer and an electrode layer, wherein the driving circuit layer is located between the substrate and the electrode layer; the electrode layer comprises a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer and a first insulating layer located between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer in a direction perpendicular to the substrate; and no organic layer is arranged between the driving circuit layer and the electrode layer in the direction perpendicular to the substrate.
