The invention discloses a hydraulic deep soil sampler which comprises a hydraulic pump, a connecting piece connected with the output end of the hydraulic pump, and a soil sampling device in transmission connection with the hydraulic pump through the connecting piece. The soil sampling device comprises a soil sampling cylinder, a soil sampling box is detachably and rotatably connected to the upper part of the soil sampling cylinder, and the connecting piece penetrates through the soil sampling box and extends into the soil sampling cylinder. The top end of the soil sampling box is fixedly connected with a mounting frame, and the hydraulic pump is mounted on the mounting frame.
