Summary: | The invention discloses a vacuum circuit breaker state evaluation method and system based on radiation electromagnetic wave detection. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a radiation electromagnetic wave signal generated by a vacuum circuit breaker to be subjected to state evaluation in a switching-on and switching-off process; acquiring the pulse number or pulse decay time of the radiation electromagnetic wave signal; and comparing the acquired pulse number or pulse decay time with a preset pulse number threshold value or pulse decay time threshold value to complete state evaluation of the vacuum circuit breaker. The method achieves the evaluation of the internal state of the arc extinguish chamber of the vacuum circuit breaker based on the pulse number or pulse decay time of the radiation electromagnetic wave signal through an electrical detection means, and has the advantages of being visual, simple, rapid, efficient and the like.
