The invention discloses an interactive analog circuit layout editing method and system. The method comprises the following steps: translating a command stream input by a user into an internal operation stream, recording the internal operation stream on a data structure designed by an analog circuit layout, updating the layout data structure by adopting a quick legalization algorithm based on a divide-and-conquer idea and topological sorting, and obtaining an updated edited layout. The interactive analog circuit layout editing system comprises a user interface, a layout automatic generation primary layout module, a command stream translation module, a hybrid constraint graph creation module, an operation stream change module and a layout immediate legalization module.
