Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of metal nickel powder with a regular cubic structure. The metal nickel powder is produced by adopting a fused salt electrochemical process-liquid phase leaching-magnetic separation process. According to the method, nickel chloride is used as a raw material, alkali metal halide fused salt is used as a molten pool, the product structure is regulated and controlled by controlling the fused salt electrochemical combined discharge speed and depth, and a reaction clinker subjected to an electrochemical action mechanism is screened through liquid phase leaching and magnetic separation procedures to obtain the metal nickel powder with the regular cubic structure. The size of the prepared metal nickel powder is 100 nm to 10 [mu]m, and the metal nickel powder is of the regular cubic structure. The method is simple in preparation flow, controllable in process, good in stability, capable of achieving batch production and suitable for macro preparation.
