The temperature is increased from 0 DEG C to 25 DEG C, the activity of the InuAMN8 is increased from 15% to 74%, and the activity of the MutV268delta13 is increased from 24% to 94%; after treatment at 50 DEG C, the activity of the InuAMN8 is kept at 81% or above, and the enzyme activity of the MutV268 delta 13 is reduced from 25% to 0%.
