Summary: | The process for coproduction of potassium ammoniumsulfate and N-P-K compound fertilizer includes such technological steps as preparing ammonium carbonate solution from NH3, CO2 and water, preparing ammonium sulfate solution from ammonium carbonate solution and ardealite, preparing potassium ammonium sulfate from ammonium sulfate solution and potassium chloride, and preparing N-P-K compound fertilizer from filtered mother liquid of potassium ammonium sulfate, wet phosphoric acid and NH3. It features no waste discharge and high K2O transform rate up to 70-80% for obtained potassium ammonium sulfate. |
