The invention discloses a method, a system and equipment for adjusting a flight schedule under a current limiting condition and a medium. The adjusting method comprises the following steps: receiving a traffic capacity adjusting instruction; determining an idle moment for adjustment after the traffic restriction time period; acquiring flight information of each scheduled flight in the adjustment range, wherein the flight information comprises flight types and airlines to which the flight types belong, and the flight adjustment quota list comprises target adjustment and reduction shifts corresponding to different flight types in an adjustment range; and issuing the flight adjustment quota list and the idle time, so that the corresponding airline configures a corresponding flight adjustment scheme according to the flight adjustment quota list and the idle time. According to the method, the flight adjustment quota list and the idle time are automatically acquired and released, so that an airline can directly and
