According to the preparation method, samples are subjected to digestion treatment in sequence through two different cell digestion solutions, and the high-purity uterine cavity epithelial cells, gland epithelial cells and stromal cells are obtained. According to the preparation method, existing technical problems are solved, the high-purity completely separated uterine cavity epithelial cells, glandular epithelial cells and stromal cells can be efficiently prepared, a required reagent only comprises digestive enzyme, and the prepared cells are living cells. The prepared cells can be further applied to various downstream molecular biology and cytobiology researches.
本发明公开了一种纯化子宫腔上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞和基质细胞的制备方法及其应用,该制备方法通过两种不同的细胞消化液对样品依次进行消化处理得到高纯度的子宫腔上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞和基质细胞。本发明中的制备方法克服了现有的技术问题,能高效制备高纯度的完全分离的子宫腔上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞以及基质细胞,而且所需的试剂仅包括消化酶,而且制备得到的细胞均为活细胞,可进一步应用于下游多种分子生物学和细胞生物学的研究。 |
