The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing ultrasonic dispersion on N, N-dimethylformamide and graphene oxide, then adding an intumescent flame retardant, performing ultrasonic dispersion, centrifugation, cleaning and drying, and obtaining a first modified flame retardant; performing ultrasonic dispersion on N, N-dimethylformamide and graphene oxide, then adding an intumescent flame retardant, performing ultrasonic dispersion, then adding dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, and performing mechanical stirring, centrifugation, cleaning and drying to obtain a second modified flame retardant; performing drying, mixing, extrusion granulation, drying and injection molding on the first modified flame retardant or the second modified flame retardant, an intumescent flame retardant and polybutylene terephthalate and obtaining the layered flame-retardant material.
