The invention relates to the technical field of EVA film preparation, in particular to an EVA film for protective clothing and a raincoat and a preparation process thereof. The EVA film is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 to 95 parts of EVA particles, 10 to 16 parts of PE resin, 0.2 to 0.32 part of modified silicon oxide, 0.15 to 0.20 part of silicone powder, 0.08 to 0.12 part of vanadium oxide, 0.05 to 0.09 part of nano cerium oxide, 0.06 to 0.16 part of an ultraviolet stabilizer, 0.1 to 0.14 part of an antioxidant, 0.08 to 0.12 part of an antistatic agent and 0.02 to 0.06 part of a slipping agent.
