The invention discloses a pipe injection mold and a method. The pipe injection mold structurally comprises an injection molding material inlet, an upper plate mold, a stamping plate mold, a pipe injection molding core, a breakage-preventing and timely-taking-out device and a bottom plate mold, wherein the injection molding material inlet is embedded in the surface of the upper plate mold and is connected with the surface of the upper plate mold in a nested mode; the upper surface of the upper plate mold is attached to the lower surface of the stamping plate mold and is nested with the injection molding material inlet; the breakage-preventing and timely-taking-out device is arranged on the lower surface of the stamping plate mold and is parallel to the upper plate mold; and the pipe injection molding core is embedded in the surface of the breakage-preventing and timely-taking-out device and is parallel to the stamping plate mold. When an injection molding material is injected into the pipe injection molding co
