Summary: | The invention discloses a nano passivation coating galvanized sheet and a production process thereof, and belongs to the technical field of galvanized sheet protection. The production process comprises the steps that a galvanized coating is firstly formed on the surface of a metal substrate by adopting electrogalvanizing or hot galvanizing; then passivation treatment is carried out on the surface of a galvanized sheet at low temperature by using a chromium-free passivation solution, and a colorless transparent passivation layer is formed; and finally, the passivation layer is coated with a nanometer passivation coating containing nanometer filler of a lamellar and granular structure in a roller coating manner, and the nanometer passivation coating galvanized sheet is obtained.
