The invention provides a sample adding assembly, a sample analyzer and a sample adding method. The sample adding assembly comprises a workbench, wherein the workbench is provided with an empty cup area for placing a reaction cup and a fixed sample adding position for adding a sample; a sample injector which is used for moving relative to the workbench so as to add a sample into the reaction cup at the sample adding position; and a first cup clamping device which is used for moving relative to the workbench so as to transfer the reaction cup from the empty cup area to the sample adding position and can move the reaction cup out of the sample adding position. The sample analyzer comprises the sample adding assembly. The sample adding method comprises the following steps: controlling the first cup clamping device to move the reaction cup from the empty cup area to a sample adding position; controlling the sample injector to add the sample into the reaction cup; and controlling the first cup clamping device to mo
