Aiming at the characteristics of high conductivity and low resistance of electrical copper, local contact of a welding end face is adopted to carry out gasification blasting cleaning and smooth a welding end face, a certain stress is applied after blasting is carried out for a period of time, and the contact area of two end faces is increased by utilizing deformation of the copper, so that the current density is linearly reduced; and an interface resistor on the end face is used for rapid heating, a final joint face is attached through full plastic deformation of the end face, liquefied copper is extruded out, and the welding face is welded at the temperature lower than the melting point of the copper through deformation recrystallization.
