Abstract The invention discloses a fluorescence resonance energy transfer magnetic sensor for exosome detection and a preparation method. The sensor comprises Fe @ QD @ Apt with fluorescence and DNA modified gold nanoparticles, and the Fe @ QD @ Apt with fluorescence and the DNA modified gold nanoparticles are assembled together through complementary pairing DNA and Apt.
